Shipping Policy
Processing time. Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing on the next business day.
Delivery times
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on orders over $80. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.
Customs and duties. Orders shipped outside the destination country may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address changes. If an address needs to change, contact us before the order is dispatched. Once a parcel is in transit, the address cannot be altered.
